Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact the vendor directly via email, phone, or the contact form on their product page within the specified timeframe to request a return authorization. Vendors are responsible for handling returns and exchanges for products they sell on maherbs.com. They will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and may require additional information, such as proof of purchase or photographs of the product. Please expect a response within 2 business days.
Refund or Exchange
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the vendor will process your refund or exchange according to their individual return policies. Refunds may be issued in the form of store credit, a replacement product, or a refund to the original payment method, depending on the vendor’s preference and policies. You will be notified via email once your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Damaged or Defective Products

However, original shipping charges and any customs duties or import taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
