Vendors are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with these default policies and will be liable for any disputes or legal issues arising from their absence.
5.2 Product Compliance: Vendors must ensure that all products sold on Maherbs comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those concerning safety, labeling, and advertising. Vendors are liable for any legal issues arising from non-compliant products.
5.3 Account Management: Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory levels. Any misleading or inaccurate information may result in penalties or removal from the marketplace.
5.4 Customer Service: Vendors must provide timely and professional customer service to resolve any issues related to their products or orders. Failure to do so may affect the vendor’s standing on the marketplace.
6. Prohibited Items
6.1 Introduction: To ensure a safe and compliant marketplace, Maherbs prohibits the sale of certain items. This section outlines the items that are not allowed to be sold on Maherbs.
6.2 Illegal Items: Items that are illegal under applicable laws and regulations, or subject to regulatory restrictions or bans.

6.9 Enforcement: Maherbs reserves the right to remove prohibited items from the marketplace. Vendors who violate this policy may face account suspension or termination.

7. Vendor Guidelines
7.1 Vendor Sign Up: Vendors (Users) may apply to become sellers on the Website by completing an application process.
7.2 Requirements: Vendors must meet the criteria outlined in the Vendor Agreement and agree to abide by the terms and conditions.
7.3 Allowed Products: Vendors may sell health and wellness products, subject to approval by the Website administrators.
